My stay at this hotel was excellent. I was welcomed and cared for. All my needs were met. The Oga of thro hotel is a very respectful kind and accommodating man. Transport was organised for us, directions and guide to near by restaurants shopping and sites. I will definitely return with my family.

I was in this hotel for just a night. Massive building but parking slot can only acommodate 4 vehicles maximum. I don't like the idea of dropping my car key at the reception. The hotel doesn't have restaurant or bar. So you have to go and eat out. The receptionist is kind enough to tell you where you can get food and the closest is Sweet Savour hotel that has restaurant - a walking distance though. Still trying to wrap my head around their business model.

Bad service, many things in my room was broken. The water was dirty and there was green stuff coming out the tap. Bed sheet was dirty and white stuff coming out the air conditioner. Don’t go there unless you want to suffer.

I stayed at Hardrock hotel for almost 3months during the novel covid 19 lockdown. I had a pleasant experience. The hotel is very neat, rooms a very spacious with balcony for relaxation. The bathrooms are equally neat and spacious. The air conditioner and ceiling fan in my room were functional. The team members are great and easy to approach. The manager, Mr. Mathew is exceptional, he goes out of his way to ensure that guests are satisfied. The receptionists, Esther and Blessing are quite outstanding. Esther is very thorough in her approach to duties with a calm and respectful demeanor. Hardrock is a budget friendly hotel with 4-star services. Power supply is regular and I had no security issues throughout my stay. I sincerely recommend Hardrock hotel and Suites to anyone who is on a budget and still wishes to enjoy luxury, comfort and security. Will definitely visit again.

For my standard, coming from Europe, it's not a hotel i will ever want to stay again in my life. air-conditioning doesn't work, and it was dripping water into the room. The celling fan was filthy. TV with only 5 channels was freezing constantly. The wardrobe was smelling and filthy. Windows were also filthy. Nothing in the room was pleasing except the floor. And i could not see anything Christian about it. Of course you get what you pay for but a little cleaness is not too much to ask for. I could not even use the fridge because it was all rotten. It was a terrible stay and it was a joy to finally leave after 5 days.
