Services are quite poor. Lacks modernized system of rendering services. But the environment is quite manageable any ways for someone who doesn't have a high taste!!!

Located centrally, not too far from iyanaipaja market, Ile epo, ikeja, airport and boasts of a serene environment within very rouse bustling environs..Rooms are also fairly priced depending on one's budget????????

Best suits back packers. Has a small bar, located in a noisy environment, close to a major road. It's affordable but can be considered expensive in a class of accommodations like this. Food is also available which I have not ordered for at the time of this writing but will likely order for dinner. Has a very small parking space, 2-4 cars can be squeezed in and power is not reliable here so small power generator is used by day and the bigger generator (diesel generator) is used by night.

Not a fancy place but provided what I needed for the night - which is place to lay my head to rest. For the price, it's okay enough for me.
