Using the Mobil Fuel Station-Mr Biggs model, it's at the heartbeat of Iyana Ipaja. Good parking space, good sitting space inside and clean restrooms. It's also a good place to refuel vehicle tanks as Mobil sits right in front. It can be used as landmark as well, for people who are not familiar with Iyana Ipaja.

On Friday 1st April 2022 when I visited the place, the parking space was excellent, bathroom was adequate, the seating was spacious and comfortable, but the food options were limited. The jollof rice was awful and the beef was mostly tough.

It's has poor facility and the meal is not very good. They have a low patronage as a result. The management need to repackage and offer quality food and service.

Very clean environment, but lack proper food utility, etc lack of cutlery and shortage of plate.

This is probably one of the forgotten biggs franchise. Really need a great face lift.
