Awesome hotel at an affordable price. Good service from the staff and the security.

I was surprised the security washed my car without instructing him. That's great.

I will recommend the hotel over and over again.

Room was so small, no water heater, called to request for hot water and it took 2hrs and several calls before I got the water...by the time it came, water wasn't running anymore, they said their pumping machine got spoilt and that they'll fix it the next day, one of their staff had to go get me water to bathe...

The next day pumping machine was still not fixed, had to leave the hotel without bathing

Terrible terrible experience
Would not advice anyone to lodge here

If you have a meeting in the Kosofe axis, this is a great place to lodge. A serene environment, neat rooms, and functioning air conditioning systems make your stay relaxing. Though I didn't find out if there was a restaurant, but you can use the likes of Jumia food to order from places like The Place Restaurant, Domino Pizza, Chicken Republic, Bukka Hut and other restaurants in the area.

It was good. The staff were courteous and the facilities were clean. But the channels on the TV were not clear enough sometimes, though using the TV wasn't my priority. The fan in the room was a little loud as well but asides that, it was a decent experience.

A nice little place, accessible, fairly neat, but not so good services. 24/7 power supply but you're only guaranteed A/C use btw 12midnight u0026 7am. Fair rates, but housekeeping is not daily and is only on special request; same as changing the bedsheets and bathroom towels. No in-room fridge. Faulty bathroom light which I got tired of complaining about without action. Guest complaints are responded to with plenty apologies but no action thereafter. Nice polite staff, but wish they'd get done with the plenty apologies and actually start fixing things.

When light went off the said they were on small generator and couldn't put on AC. This took about 5 hours.
So much insects and mosquitoes in the room. The shower ???? doesn't work here as well. You have to use bucket. The price on here is completely different to what you have to pay when you get there. The cheapest rooms there is #12,500

The ambience and aesthetic here was good. The hotel is neat and laid out properly despite it's small surrounding space. The service was quite friendly and helpful.

Water runs(hot or cold). Electricity was constant. Room was clean and provided all the basic for a short stay. CCTV camera in operation. The rooms were neat. It claims free wi-fi but I never remembered to enquire about that.

The restaurant didn't stock the soda drinks we wanted at that time.
You might need to watch out for the noise from adjoining streets especially of your window opens unto them.
