The food is not quality, not different between the premium package and regular. They have at least high-level staff management.

Not enough hands at the front area to take orders and the two who were on hand were particularly nasty and sulky for a fresh morning..... such that customers became irritated and upset. Not too good for the brand.

I personally feel they should stick to making chicken, snacks and some simple foods as most of there foods are not just enticing and tasty at all.

Food is nice, best to do a take out. Because eating in is annoying. Flies everywhere. Was hard to enjoy the meal when what you doing most of the time is trying to get flies away from you and your food. Even had a dead fly on our table.

I give a 3 star because the pie express besides it as of 7:30 am was opened but no pastries , the rest room stuffy
