Their doctors are incompetent, taking their ego over their patient welfare, no professionalism doctor fighting nurses in front of patients. What does that says about your hospital. What a disgusting disgrace to the profession tsheew.

Terrible service. The front desk are always slow and unprofessional. They need younger staff to man the front desk. Doctors are okay. Pharmacy stocks cheap medicines that have low potency.

The staff are noisy and disrespectful.
The hospital looks clean
An average waiting time to see a doctor is 4hours.
Usually just 1 doctor available to attend to 100s of patients for the day, so the doctor is overworked and would probably not listen well to your complaints.
Very terrible services.
I do not recommend this hospital to anyone, especially if you have an emergency.
I was consulted in an open space that is noisy, could barely hear the doctor and vice versa

Honestly! Used to be a good hospital way back. After first aid treatment on an emergency, I was abandoned till the next day. Not until I started pushing to know what next.
Food served is horrible btw and they would even forget to feed you. Customer service is poor. Doctors are apparently overworked and doctor to patient ratio is 1/100. Waiting period is like travel time. Prepare to spend your whole day if you’re not so sick and if you are, just start living there… cos you’ll be forgotten many times. ????

What can I say? This guys basically gave me half dosage so I could return for treatment. Imagine treating malaria twice in a month. The first time I was there, i was asked to pay 4,500 for the blood test while the second time I was asked to pay 8000????same test same hospital. No be juju be that.
It would have been a very good hospital but someone is definitely not doing something right????
