The bed spread are not clean always and staff are very rude, they are not polite at all, the hotel is located in a very good place but work on your staff

One thing I noticed about this hotel is that you might not like the external look because of the structure but honestly they have cool and clean interior with adequate security mounted at strategic spot...the rooms are decent with well laundered blanket and bedsheets...

For those who like to hangout in coded corners, Hearts Hotel is the place.

From the Bar where you get served very chilled drinks, you can take it to the Next Level with your friend.

If you desire some rest, short or long, Hearts Hotel have the rooms ready for you.

However, the short rooms have no air conditioning system, so you may end up sweating after your business.

U lack a lot of things , television just one channel , some of receptionists are rude pls you people should change orientation toilet roll of 20naira
