Coldstone Creamery sells very tasty Ice Cream of various flavours and cakes too. The cakes and ice creams are expensive, and of the best value. The space is large with adequate seating, and the staff are friendly and courteous.

Cold Stone Creamery is located along Lekki-Epe Expressway, before Jubilee bridge, Thomas Estate, Ajah, Lagos.

This place has am excellent customer service. So I had visited this place today to seal a deal between my organisation and Cold Stone Creamery I was blown away by their customer services. An angry customer was been pacified I suspect her effort to pay with POS wasn't successful so she had to go to the bank to withdraw under the scorching sun.

I had lost count of the number of times I heard "we are sorry ma" and to appease her she was given one cup of ice cream free.

Topnotch customer services.

The place is one of a kind. Cozy environment, nice staff, convenience is equally on point. Everywhere is fully air conditioned. Nice place for hang out with friends

Very poor service today. I was informed that their POS wasn't working so I couldn't pay for my ice-cream except I get cash. They don't take transfers either. There were no working ATMs close to cold stone on a Sunday. They expected me to drive around looking for cash because of ice-cream. Such a poor and shoddy manner of business.

The staff were nice and the service was great. Didn't have to wait for too long and of course...Great Taste! And quite a variety of options to choose from. I definitely recommend it if you need to stop by for a cup of ice cream.

Nice ice cream parlour, but the POS machine was misbehaving that I use a local POS vendor to be able to pay for my service. If you can, go with your cash as this may come handy if the network is down
