Clinix Healthcare is a standard clinic, no doubt, but I believe their major issue is cheap labour.
Like I said above, it's either cheap labour or their recruitment process is very poor.
The customer service given by their staff is very appalling.
Can you imagine being at the reception and there is no one to attend to you, and eventually when the person arrives, she comes with an attitude and she is on the phone talking without regards to the person waiting at the counter.
For a hospital with this caliber, I believe they should be able to do better with respect to their patients.
Even though the state of health in the country is bad, we should at least try a little in ensuring customer experience is okay even if it can not be top notch.

Clinix Healthcare is a clinic with a standard diagnostic laboratory and dedicated staff from nurses to drives. The only exception I had in my visit was the attitude of the radiographer. I couldn't tell why he was rude. I guess he was tired having worked from morning till evening but then he was really rude. Also, the radiologist could not send my report on that day because it was past 4pm and then sent it by 2pm the next day. Apart from these two incidences, I think Clinix Healthcare is not a bad option for medical services

Very unprofessional staff at the sample collection office. Had blood dripping down my arm all in the name of collecting blood, only for her to start laying blames that I didn’t press down on the injected part well. I informed her it wasn’t my first time giving out blood sample and there wasn’t any need to lay blames. She replied with ‘are you now angry or what?’

Terrible experience
Was asked to wait at reception for about 90mins
First I was told it wasn't my turn yet and when the lady eventually called my name, she told me she wasn't sure if they do the test. was enraged cos the first thing to do is to check the test paper a person brings not that you keep a person waiting. Honestly disappointed ????

Some staffs are very rude. Cannot talk professionally to people. I gave a 1 star previously but increased my rating because of the Doctor. Doctor was good.

Their sonographers are not experienced . i did a ct scan at clinix as my doctor recommended them. at the end of the procedure,the young man that conducted it said he was unsure of the result that i might need an ultrasound to verify what he saw. I was amazed. an ultrasound after a contrast ct scan? Wow.
Finally i collected my result and they gave a false result that led to my doctor conducting a surgery. after the surgery and biopsy, the doctor found out he took out my lymph node,not the fibroma tissue as claimed by clinix healthcare.
so downcast and angry with the doctor who recommended this place as I have never used them before. thank God the surgery was successful but I won't forget this experience in a hurry. it will live with me forever.
