It can barely site up to 10 persons at once when eating it. I share table with some flies the day I tried to. Other times, I settled for take outs.

Location is quite good but I don't know why service doesn't meet location well.

3 stars is because I no longer go there often and they save me time when I do go there

With chicken republic, it’s been one complaint or the other. Every time I order from them, I have to hold my breath till they come to know if I’ll get worked up again or not.

Sometimes they’ll forget to put cutlery, other times they’ll forget to put the sauce when I order rice and beans lmfao. Gosh! This time with Jumia food, the experience is worse. I decided to try it out but the menu options were just clumsy and I ended up getting fries instead of Jollof rice lmfao.

I have them 2 stars for the times they don’t make me cry and the fact that it’s affordable. The should invest in training their staff, those guys are confused most of the time.

I'd think this would be the best location for service and fresh availability given it's at the entry of VGC, but let me tell you they need an intervention from corporate.

First, the only staff member that seems to know what is a chicken breast is one (1) young man. The ladies have no clue and get belligerent when it's explained to them that a thigh is not a chicken breast.

Second, they always upring anytime I order a citizen meal. It's N1550 but they'll make it a large offering which I've never requested and that is N1900.

Third, the last visit the sink didn't work. Meaning no water came out.

Fourth, they finally changed the grease so the french fries aren't black and grey from old grease being used but if you can just go to the Chicken Express in the parking lot as they're a lot friendlier and customer centric.

Lastly, I'm amazed when they have menu items in stock and available to sell but not once has the ice cream machine been operational.

This is a great location but I don't believe they see the value in doing better or securing folks that aren't apathetic.

The customer service experience is utterly horrible and disconcerting! All attending staffs need to be retrained or fired and replaced. Each time I go there to eat I am always greatly appalled by the way I’m attended to and the way my order is handled. The female manager and her subordinates seem to be preposterously confused as to how best to handle customers and their requests. They do this with such lackadaisical attitude. I’m greatly disgusted!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was one of your biggest fan, until today, i visited one of your outlet at VGC where i received the worst customer service ever and after the event i lost both appetite for your food and may never visit chicken republic again.
I was so surprised by her actions but worse of all it was deliberate.
Thru it all i was left wondering why such untrained, ill mannered individual will be left in the system that has managed to build such high reputation.

Well i have a video evidence of all that happened. Which i tweeted this morning.

Today, Dec 12, 2020, at about 4.15pm, the young man who was to serve me showed very bad customer service. He was rude and raised his voice at me. He used words such as point of correction... I felt very disrespected and disappointed that someone with such poor manners could be allowed to serve customers.
