Nice rings but the customer service at their yaba store is very very terrible. The store is not well lit so you can’t even see what you want to buy clearly. I also do not see the point of asking walk in customers not to take pictures when the pictures are already online. Just very negative vibes tbh.

So i heard about this business on Instagram and decided to try them since my rings at the time were tight. I ordered a set of sterling silver rings via their ig page which was pretty much affordable compared to similar shops and it was delivered to me on time. It's been 15 months now and my rings still shine as new, to be honest i haven't even polished or had them professionally cleaned. Let me add that the customer service i got from their rep Naomi was excellent, i had my doubts and she was patient. i have recommended family and friends and will continue to do so, if you want value for your money i recommend them. Hubby and i will be coming for our pure gold rings soon, keep up the good work

So hubby got our sterling silver rings from Boz jewelry about 13 months ago for our wedding, the plan was to get a ring that will last us about a few months(say 3 to 4 months) to give him time to raise money and get us our "first choice " bands. Its been over a year now and we are still rocking our sterling sliver set. So lush, still sparkly and shinny. We have no plans replacing our rings till our 3rd anniversary. Thanks to Boz Jewelry for giving us more value than we expected ❤

I was at their Tejuosho store and had a wonderful experience, their sales rep was courteous and the sterling silver ring I bought were absolutely beautiful; my fiance loved his so much. Looking forward to doing more business with them, would definitely be picking up a gold ring next. I recommend them to anyone who wants to buy beautiful rings

I bought a gold plated ring from this store and the gold started peeling off in one week. I begged for an exchange or refund, I was even ready to pay extra if needed but the manager refused. The ring was useless after one month. Even rings of 5000 Naira last longer than a month.
What hurt the most was the amount I spent on the ring and the fact that a simple exchange could not be done. That was extremely unfair!!!! I can and will never refer anybody to this store.
