It's a massive hospital. For me, it's more than a general hospital.

This hospital should be shut down, I won't recommend them to anyone.

They don't have a formal process for carrying out surgeries, we had a gruelling experience, we took our mum for an intestinal obstruction repair, and the outcome of the surgery was very bad and unexpected.

They had only one line peripheral venous catheter treatment access and no 2nd space for any emergency treatment.
The only access then got blocked during dripping while the doctors had gone home. So, the hospital had no qualified surgeon present onward for 8 hours.

After the 8 hours, they then advised that we take her to Luth. So, we had to wait for another 3 hours before she was discharged.

This resulted in the loss of life of our beloved mum, she died horrifically due to the unprofessional conduct of two senior surgeons and the hospital management.

These surgeons should be struck off the register, in any civilized country they would have been done for manslaughter.

They are good at what they do best(professionalism at it best). The medical facilities and staffs are wonderful. It one of the best medical/maternity hospital around it vicinity..

If I could give zero stars I would
Unprofessionalism at its best...this hospital has the rudest people I have ever met...they are so uncaring and carefree about their duties that the fact that they are trained is laughable
If you're interested in doing any scan or anything get ready to spend the whole day...literally
I only hope they don't kill somebody one day...yeye people

I think this hospital lack professionalism and I wish to speak with the director here. This is the second time this is happening and I think you guys need to put stop to it.

One of my family member did tru-cut test which she paid up to like 40k on seeing the doctor, the doctor said they can’t see the result very well that she should pay another money for the test aba.

Mind you, she has a private lab test results with her already but they rejected and compelled her to do another test in their lab.

Waiting time is too long. You have to bring a day whenever you want to visit hospital even if you come for lab , scan , or clinic. Crowd are much every day.
