Very laid back staff attitude. No sense of urgency.. poor house keeping as there are files, folders littered all around. The walls are dirty. As at the time I went there there was little traffic so no seats for customers. Took almost an hour to make a dorm withdrawal with just one person ahead of me for a similar transaction. The bank can provide more seats, better air conditioning and rearrange the loc. Let it look presentable in some form.

Their Customer Care agents have no respect to the customersa at all, also they're not speaking Hausa lang. Which is the native language of Katsina state peoples.
