The rooms are badly kept,the toilets requires total replacement of all sinks,bathtub, pumps, toilet sits.infact the hotel requires rehabilitation to upgrade its status.the issue of electricity is another major concern.price of the rooms do not give value for money.

Very nice Hotel with good facilities. Rooms are regularly cleaned, good food. Importantly cheap and affordable.

If only I could give a zero star.
This is about the worst hotel I've ever lodged in. The staff are untrained. I spent two horrible nights here. The rooms are infested with very vicious mosquitoes.
We returned to the hotel after work and my colleague walked in on an almost naked man in her room.
There's no intercom in any room: you have to use your GSM phone to call the kitchen/ restaurant/reception etc.
I called the kitchen from my phone repeatedly to order for breakfast but got no response. I went downstairs to order for chips and omelette and was assured that I'll be served in 20 minutes. I called the restaurant after 1 hour only to be told that "there's no chip". I was so frustrated that I decided to go outside for my breakfast. Thank God I checked out that morning. I'll NEVER return to this hotel.

They have a nice and calm place. The rooms are spacious, they will benefit more in improving on the quality of their customer service.

It's a nice place to stay but need more attention as regards cleaning of rooms, we had to request for room to be cleaned as it was not well kept also the air-condition didn't work

This is one of the oldest Motels in Katsina State. The accommodation is good but not Standard. The good thing about this place is that you can get very cheap rooms to lodge.
