The motel is located at G.R.A, it is a very calm place with zero level of noise pollution. Katsina motel is the perfect place to lodge while on vacation or business trip.

Very poor service, there is shortage of water in the motel. There is enough parking space and the environment is green. The rooms are so large enough but the motel is so noisy. I love the motel environment but the services need to be improved and water flow should be reviewed and restored. I would have give it five star if water issue is resolved, silence and calmness is also restored.

Government should put more eyes on the incident that was at Katsina right now, it was so urgly to the problems.

Probably when this motel was newly built it was talk of the Town or city due to its spaciousness, serenity among other amenities but as at now, the facility needs an overhaul or rehabilitation.
Hopefully if the managers can lease it out to a private company to help refurbish.
Although the facility has a cool reception, the restaurant well dressed but the kitchen needs rehabilitation.

Very poor service the toilet smelling i paid for a one night no water from 8pm - 6am not a drop of water i used bottle water to clean my self, i didn't take bath that's how i slept and i live in the morning 8/12/21.
