MTN Office Kano is just like the normal customer service center, They are expected to attend to MTN network subscribers within Kano Metropolis.
Even though it is meant to serve customers, more often than not they tend turn away prospective customers at the gate without offering comprehensive reasons for doing so. Their security need customer service training for better service delivery.
