I experienced a good customer care support and assistance. Having my shopping at Grand Square is really wonderful. You can order whatever you want and pay using multiple payment options. You can pay with either cash, ATM card, transfer and you can also pay via voucher code. I redeemed my SUREGIFTS voucher code and pay my shopping with it. Really amazing

I love the variety of items available in the supermarket and they have one of the best bread in Kano.

This is the only supermarket I've seen and encountered that doesn't open on Sundays ???? How interesting! I'm sure they have their reasons though ????

An advise for the management, we know Nigeria is hard and dealing with everyone one way or the other, please your security personnel should try and be professional in their conduct and salutations instead of making suggestive comments to customers about "doing weekend" for them. It's not cool and it's a turn off. E get as e be abeg????

Let people tip you from the goodness of their hearts (Nigerians are generous regardless of the harsh economy).

One of the best and convenient super market in Kano. It's aesthetic, a Medium size stop shop with full of varieties of goods and also affordable. It's easily accessible, the staffs are accommodating, they have an eatery space, a good spacious parking space and very much within the centre of the town.

Nice Supermarket. You can find virtually every basic grocery item here and a lot of other home items and even appliances.

There is ample parking space.
