Very terrible experience. No running water in my room and no room was changed for me (excused that all rooms are booked). Services are very poor, some members of staff are arrogant and acting unfriendly. Nice, secure location and serene environment.

I got infected with a viral skin issue in this hotel. It's over priced and the bedsheets are torn. Not a sine duvet anywhere.

There's disease on the beds. I'm telling you. Mosquitoes were aircraft sized.

The bathroom doesn't drain. Ti bathe water was spilling into the main room because there's nowhere to go. All calls to reception were ignored. The tap head fell into the bath water which was not draining. I couldn't continue to bath.

It was nice. The services are okay and the power supply is okay too but the staff needs to practice more costumers relations

A very safe place and the inside is a beauty, the bed is really comfortable and the room is wide open, moving on to the toilets, there is nothing exciting to see it's just as a normal toilet, so I really enjoyed the place, services is okay but it's a little over priced

Horizon hotel is not good at all, I booked a room at the hotel in the afternoon when I came back in the evening I discovered they intensionally allowed some body in to the room, this is very unfortunate to me.

Great hotel, PET FRIENDLY!!!! WHICH IS A VERY RARE FIND IN NIGERIA. Had a pleasant stay, they're renovating so some issues with hotm
J in the rooms electrical socket. Scary! If you touch the fence of the parking lot garden you'll get shocked! Lots of electrical issues. But all in all, a good stay because they are pet friendly. Kudos!
