This is their corporate office where you can make bookings, inquiries and lay your complaints. They treat you really nicely and their flights are usually very pleasant and enjoyable.
They fly many international routes within Africa and Asia and can be reliable.

The office serves traveling community on Egypt Airlines from Kano. The main building is a good structure but poorly maintained and untidy. The office is really good, but no lobby or reserved area for customers. The staff are poorly trained on customer service and relation, although have knowledge of their core business.

Their service was fast and excellent. Office needs an uplift though. Get ready to hit the stairs because the elevator doesn't work and they are on the 3rd floor

Egypt Air office is by Club Road towards Murtala Mohammed Road. It's a nice place to visit. The staff are trained and friendly.
