I like the new and improved facility. Services have become more prompt. Those young doctors are quite snubby though.

Worse experience... Was so disappointed ???? I went there today around 9:30am I didn't leave till after 1. Doctor was unprofessional, was busy pressing his phone forgetting everything I complained of, No x-ray, and they didn't make alternative provision, No ordinary gestid. They're just so unorganized. Unlike the way they started. Well that's what you get when you're tribalistic in employing staffs. When with a complain of severe chest pain, all I got was anti malaria and paracetamol. After spending roughly 4hrs.

The delay in the hospital is too much.
Got to the hospital last night 29-06-2022 few minutes after 9pm, after being asked to see the doctor which I had to wait for some minutes before he came, I was then asked to go to the lab. Upon getting there, the lab attendant just asked me to go back outside without even asking why I was there, that she would call me when she's ready. Considering that I was getting weaker and it was getting later than usual, I endured more than 20 minutes of waiting, yet I wasn't called. I had to leave the hospital some minutes to 10.
Imagine waiting more than 20 minutes just to conduct test when i could have done it and then seat to wait for the result. Instead, I'll wait to take the test, and also wait for the result.

P.S: they were only about 2-3 people waiting for the RESULTS of ALREADY CONDUCTED test.

The environment is nice. It looks up to standard , however I beg to differ .
The x-ray machine has been faulty for quite some time now.

I also witnessed a man lamenting to one of the Doctor's about how he paid #20,000 for a drug which was to be administered to his sick wife-only for them to discontinue it and continue with another drug.

Even the Doctor on seeing the new drug that was administered admitted that it was less potent compared to what was used initially for his wife.

So in terms of professionalism I can agree with some of the review I've read
