If you ever think local while in Kaduna this is the place to go. If you want satisfaction this also the place to visit. The food was very yummy ???? and satisfying. The drinks (kunun aya, zobo, kunun zaki) were very rich in content. Enjoy Northern Nigeria heritage!

Conducive environment
Lovely local dishes.......
Pate, Tuwo shinkafa, wake, Mi an towshe etcetera
Permit me to say that the food tastes awesome
As in lick lip awesome but they still have to work a little bit harder on their customer service.
And create a menu for easy choice of food.
Also I must comment on the ability of the staffs to present food its quite rear in Kaduna and am loving it.
The local drinks like kunu Aya and zobo is awesome????????????????????????????✌

Came for lunch with my sister. We loved our Rice which was amazing with lots of flavour, very impressive for a restaurant.
But the service was below average and the beans was too terrible to finish.
When we arrived at 1:00, we had to wait 20 minutes while they got our table ready. OK, so we didn't have a reservation, but the restaurant was only half full. There was no reason to make us wait at all.
We ordered the beans as a side dish and they looked delicious. But, when we tasted them, they were overcooked and swimming in oil so we left most of them. We expected a lot more for more than we paid.
When the waiter asked if everything was ok, we said we really didn't like the beans and he said 'That's funny, I love them' and that was it. He didn't offer us anything else or take them off our payment.Also, when we didn't leave a tip, he looked annoyed.
I was really excited about visiting this place and the rice was just fantastic, but the rest of the experience was really disappointing

I loved the gargajiya (local) food served here. If you ever want to eat traditional foods like 'pate', 'waken gida' or 'tuwon acha' this is the place to get it in Kaduna. They also served really nice 'zobo' (hibiscus juice) and a really hot ???? ginger drink!
Normally the wait is always the thing I don't like about the quality of service at a restaurant. This was no different.
I wasn't offered an option to pay cashless but tbh, I didn't ask.

They have good food. Some having a local feel and some continental. I love the balance.

Ps. Their Waina is superb.

Best place to get local dishes with continental treat. The waina (baked rice) here is something else and wa'ake gida ( local beans)

It's a small cozy restaurant that serves local delicacies in a standard way. You could eat waina, tuwo and other cuisines associated with Kaduna people.
