I feel this is cheap service apartment lodged here for a friend's wedding with his bride and we're told that because the hotel ran its generator through the night we won't have power.. The bride will have to find somewhere else for makeup to be done. Even through the night the power was out for at least 2 hours.. Food service is ????????????????????????

This has to be the worst hotel I'd stayed in...for the kind of service they offer it's ridiculously expensive.
Knowing that the intercom doesn't work in the absence of electricity, they put off their generator despite having guests in the rooms. One has to come out to the reception to get something done or delivered. The bathroom needs extra cleaning (by the way the buckets need to be changed). The room needs extra cleaning as well. The fridge is dirty and rusted.
The beds are not properly laid....oh well! That was about the only hotel I could get that night and I needed to sleep.
Definitely wouldn't recommend.
It's location is good, with better management, I'm sure it would turn out better!

Customer friendly...
Has a pool, an pretty standard rooms, they can work on a lot...
But an overall beautiful experience

The hotel service is cool.
The location of the hotel is well placed, with a very good environment.
There's a gym services in the Hotel. Good for recreation. Wedding reception and more beautiful services.

Clean and Comfortable setting. Good Customer Service delivery as well and they've also got a nice pool.

I enjoyed Lissa Palms, the food was great, customer service was welcoming, the scenery and aesthetics were cohesive especially with the choice of wood color for the furniture and the furniture design itself. I planned to spend one day and I spent two days instead. I would definitely come back here and recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy an exciting but affordable environment.
