Terrible amenities for a modern age hotel. The bulb and air Conditioner in the room wasn't working. They lied about practically everything. The guard was also insolent! They promised a refund since 24/04 and I'm yet to get same. This is how businesses run down as I can't refer anyone there. Had and good conversation with the lady receptionist and I hope she passes my message to the management.

Not so bad relatively safe, great rooms but small bathrooms. I had issues with water, Air conditioning and absence of sockets to charge phones and other devices. I had to manage but price wise it's not so bad.

The hotel is calm and a cool place to enjoy your evening, although the hotel is a bit expensive but when compared with other hotel in Kabba, its by far better, secondly I noticed that the facilities are overstretched, though effort are made on maintenance but more works needs to be done, for instance the water tap wasn't running fast, the water heather in my room wasn't working but other things works fine. What I like about the hotel that made me rate it 4 start is that the staff are friendly, ready to listen to your complain and work on it to best of their ability. The hotel is well located along the road and easy to find and has lovely rooms. Finally I recommend this hotel to anyone is is looking for a quiet environment, on budget and quality service

Their service is ineffective, they only depend on public power during the day and put on the generator only at night even when there is a power outage throughout the day, there's no value for one's money, kitchen hardly functions, intercom not working and poor security system...........

This is one of the hotel in Kabba, this hotel is located at oke padi...

It's nice and comfortable but then, they depend majorly on PHCN for light. Left us in darkness for a while.

It's a nice place and very neat environment. Their services are premium.
