Lovely hotel, located in a serene and quiet environment. Neat and wonderful customer service. Anytime you're within Jos, try and visit the hotel to get a feel of things for yourself.

This hotel has a poor customer service. Inadequate power supply. The woman who is supposedly the MD is so rude and talks to both the hotel guests and her staff so rudely without any form of respect. The hotel restaurant hardly functions. Very very poor response time. I'll advice anyone planning to visit Jos look for an alternative accommodation to avoid any form of disappointment.

A very beautiful place. All they need is little renovations here and there and they're good to go

This is a pretty large hotel. We were visiting from out of town so it seems just a bit far. Neat and cost. Management can be improved.
