I stayed at Tomats for a retreat. It is located in a very serene neighborhood, away from noise. The rooms are decent enough for the price. And they have facilities like swimming pool and a gym. Power was steady too.

Pros: The location is top notch. Free wifi, at least one competent staff (the receptionist). Power supply is good

Cons: A bath area that turns into a bath tub. Very old furniture. Not enough sockets in some of the rooms. To buy food and drinks, you have to first call up the kitchen for food, then call up the bar for drinks. Pricey for the services offered.

Located at the GRA of Ilorin and easily accessible. The environment is neat and the staff courteous.
Though a new facility, the bathroom drainages are poorly constructed leaving a pond on the floor each time the washroom is used.
Once the Fridge and the TV are connected, there is no more socket to charge your phone or laptop. This is an important miss.
Room service is sloppy and slippery I had to beg before my bedsheets were changed. The number of staff on ground is so thin that you have to wait for minutes before you get their attention.
The gym was out of service, being renovated.
Would have been a good deal but for these negative experiences, so I give a 3.

Very simple and esthetic. Serene and conducive for business meetings and for the rest deserved after the day's activities.
However, they need to employ more staff to effectively service the needs of the clients.

It's situated in a nice location, has swimming pool, but the rooms needs little attention

I visited their pool and it was nice. Tomats is in a very quiet neighborhood so if you love privacy, then Tomats is the place for you

A neat environment with Spacious place for car parks. The location is ideal for lodging.
