The hotel seems like an abandoned place but there are several businesses here. It is one of the popular places you can change your currencies to others in Ilorin. And behind the hotel is a cool romantic garden that yiu can go on dates. I had the best chicken and chips there.

For the price, it is an almost OK location. But it takes a backseat on most things. Heat is much cos they only use standing fan. Bathrooms are the worst and the environment is also a trick place. The only thing decent here is the people. Even though cleaning takes a serious backseat. If you are on a budget and need a place to stay in a secure environment in Ilorin GRA, this is the cheapest place you can find but bear in mind that the price reflects the services and the condition of the place.

I don't have much to say about the place because I only visited for a seminar held at one of its numerous conference rooms. My general observation is that the environment is serene, tidy and spacious with properly demarcated parking lots and adequate security. Also, the conference room is air-conditioned with properly arranged comfy chairs and has the necessary gadgets.

I spent a night at the hotel in a standard room for 16,500 Naira. The room was quite spacious and there was a chair and table for work. There was also another cushion chair for relaxing.

The only issue I had was that some parts of the room looked old. For example, the air conditioner was obviously an old one and so was the water closet.

Though, built as a state-of-the art facility the outlook of this State owned property is not encouraging.

Reservation and hospitality at its peak..such a 5 star hotel in a good location
