Didn't know I could find a place in Ilorin that felt more homely as Royal Rocks. Beautiful and neat rooms, free wifi, pool side, bar and restaurant. Complimentary breakfast and a very comfortable bed. Truly enjoyed my stay.

Pros: Neat environment, modern rooms, restaurant and some form of cable tv, 24hrs light, constant water.

Cons: The bathroom needs to be maintained better, very scant Tv channels selection. Very slow kitchen (took them almost 2hrs to serve plantain, i thought they just started growing it)

Still very new and beautiful structures.
Located beside the road of Gaa-Odota.

Fully Air conditioned. Spacious for at least 300 to 400 guests.

The road that lead to d hotel is not friendly, the management needs to look into their facilities is reducing drastically from standard.

A nice place with outside section for holding events and other gatherings... A get together would be nice to host here
