A new moderate to high budget hotel strategically located with easy access to shopping malls, Government offices and other parts of the town..
Their perimeter is secured, security visible and there is ample parking space.
Depending on your accommodation package, you may have free access to their Gym and swimming pool or required to pay to use them daily.

The standard rooms are averagly sized clean and neat. The rooms lack wardrobes. Rather they have cupbroads. So there is no place to put your bag or hang your clothes.. The TV remote control is not available and repeated calls to the reception did not yield replacement.

The staff are courteous and polite. However services are not optimal. You have to literally remind them daily to provide towel and toiletries.

Overall the stay was enjoyable and far above average

Location is the best about this Hotel. Located just next to the shoprite mall.
It's not in the best shape u0026 renovations have been going on for such a long time now.
The rooms are ok, but most of the facilities in the room are manageable at best. Bed is as hard as a rock, chair is very dirty, telephone lines not working, TV going off, AC not cold enough. Just so many things.

The plus side I see about it is the fact they have a pool, an elevator u0026 ample parking spaces.

The rooms are fair in size, bed a bit hard, room service responses are slow( u may need to call repeatedly beofore you get response), MTN internet service is a bit slow when you are in the hotel environment, But on the good side, the pool is clean and not crowded,the bar works 24 Hours and the car park is spacious

Situated close to the Kwara Mall, Somewatt Fresh Hotel has several grade of rooms ranging from standard to executive. The rooms comes with a complimentary services that includes breakfast, gym, swimming pool etc. It has a conference hall for about 150 people. A nice place to be.

It's still under construction. The pool side is restricted. The central bar has a small TV, you won't even enjoy watching a football match there.

Great hotel with good foods. The staff in this hotel are great and very prompt in every of their services. There are some tools and equipment that the management needs to work on. All in all it is a great location to lodge at a great price.

What a nice place to lodge, the location of the hotel is great, just along a major Expressway close to Shoprite.
