I had a very bad experience at the restaurant.
Myself and my friend was served spoilt jollof rice. The rice had a foul spoilt smell.
When we notified the attendant, he insisted that it was Caribbean rice and that was how it tasted. The female attendant was very rude and saucy, I wish I had taken down their names.
All in all, they had a poor customer service that couldn't manage the situation. We left the eatery without them resolving the issue, I couldn't even swallow a bite as it was very bad.

I guess I was disappointed because I had seen several pictures of food from their restaurant from Instagram but it was obviously a "what I ordered vs what I got" situation.

They have no menu. Except you're ordering pizza then you have to ask for the prize of each item from the attendant, holding up the line if there's one. When I asked for one the attendant replied 'We don't use menu.' The rice was unsalted, the stew bitter.
Service was worse, with the attendants looking irritated at every question asked in spite of this being their fault. The order was delayed unnecessarily. All these and more.
This is just the place to take your partner to if you discover their infidelity and wish to make them feel your pain.

I have tried their Pizza, chicken Pizza to be precise and it isn't bad, not great either. The time taken to prepare it is quite long, I guess that is dependent on the number of customers ordering at a particular time. Also their restaurant is not that spacious, usually chokes up during festive period, requiring customers to sit outside.

Chronicles wouldn't my first option to eat at the mall but they aren't bad. The peppered snail I ordered was a let down, too salty and not peppery enough but their carribean rice was good, a little dry but okay. I did like their sharwama, it's worth the price. Overall, it was an okay experience.
