They won't attend to sick patient, not until you pay some unnecessary bills, imagine paying consultant fee before you could see a doctor, or get treated by a doctor, this is applicable to both patient that has card and does that doesn't.

Was at this hospital for the first time today and the experience was not good.

Customer service was non-existent; the reception staff were unprofessionally behaved - shouting at the top of their voices while speaking to other staff, speaking to waiting clients/patients with a discourteous tone while being insensitive to their plight at the same time.

To cut the long story short, we wasted about 1hr of our precious time due to no fault of ours. And to consider the fact that we actually visited because our baby wasn't feeling too well... One would expect that care for patients/customers' well-being should be the priority but... Sigh

My wife delivered my first born there and their Nurses, doctors are professionals. I have never seen such care, passion and enthusiasm from a medical personnel before.

I stand with Ola-Olu anytime, any day.
