This is one of the oldest estates in Ikeja. They have good roads and a wheel chair accessible entrance. Mind you one will require a security gate pass to exit the estate.

The MAN centre police station is located within the estate. The ever popular Taal specialist hospital run by a Cardiologist is also within this premises. There is even a very good suya joint and a few shops near the main security post to this estate.

Parking is usually by the side of the road but some housing units have their own personal parking lots.

Water supply here can be an issue. Most housing units have their own personal borehole to cater for the incessant government water supply.

Power supply here is reasonable. But please be prepared to generate supplemental power with ones own personal gen set.

Rent here is moderately priced.

All on all, a relatively safe place to live in the Ikeja metropolis and is a stones throw away from the Ikeja bus stop.

Gated community with security checks in/out. Police station located within the estate. Predominantly residential.

The Estate has a good security system. It's residential with some businesses inside the estate. The estate is well managed.

Oh wow. Great estate, it's pretty old but still got its allure. From lush greenery that greets you on your way in to the modern house designs that leave you fascinated and good access roads, it's a really nice place to live in. The area feels entirely like a different part of Lagos with its own particular type of ambience.

Good estate. Relatively secure and Quiet. The only challenge is that most houses don't have adequate packing, so most people pack their cars on the road. The estate is also quite small. The estate also links very well with Ikeja and Allen.

Straight from the Gate, Security personnel are courteous and polite in attending to visitors. Atmosphere is purely residential.
