Wheel chair accessible car park exists. The entrance is wheel chair accessible too. Called the airlines before coming. It seems my foreign call handler was so very much more helpful than the staff at this location. The call handler put my mind at ease and made everything so seamless.

I was given the option of paying in GBP but guess what, this branch doesn't have the facilities to receive cash. Thank God I remembered I could pay to VIrgin Atlantic's Dormciliary bank account as the impression I was given at that point was that there was nothing they could do. I duly made my way to the Zenith bank in the adjoining building to make the necessary payment.
On returning, the bank payment still hadn't reflected and I was asked by the VIrgin Atlantic staff whether I had informed the bank staff to perform/post the transaction immediately. Well, it looks like he had just promoted me to a banking cleric. Hmmm...Well after waiting a few more uncomfortable minutes I decided to just to back to the bank to find out if they had done so and Yes, they had done so immediately I had left the banking Hall the first time round.
On returning to VIrgin Atlantic, the transaction into their GBP domiciliary account still hadn't reflected the transaction and I had other places to go. I just couldn't wait. Eventually, I took the off chance that the ticket would be sent to my email before my travels the next morning.
So based on this experience, Cash payments are obviously not accepted here, just Debit and Credit card modes of payment.

In the last 8 years, I tend to use VIrgin Atlantic for all my UK bound flights.

Their service has always been great. Thank u Sir Richard Branson for bringing your brand to us despite the hostile market environment.

I had a very nasty experience here at Virgin Atlantic . I wanted to get my ticket issues solved and the staffs in charge of this were so nasty and rude to me. I really felt bad about this and will admonish them to get better while relating to customers as they aren't doing us any favour by being receptive!

Very helpful. Calling UK customer care was wasting my time. But the lagos office sorted me out in 3 seconds. Up Virgin Atlantic!!!!????

They have moved they are now next to Cambridge college.

The best airline to travel with to the UK...their inflight service is second to none... Excellent service...fast forward to February 2020 I finally flew on virgin Atlantic and the airline is amazing...the staffs are well mannered, polite and inviting... The meals are amazing and you are well catered for...you just keep eating till you land and there are lots of movies to keep you up... Flew premium on my return and it was equally nice...didn't really see the difference between economy and Premium class other than the extras in the meal....overall I recommend and will fly this anytime am.going to london...I can't wait to fly on their new aircraft, hope I get enough cash to fly business ...as I can't wait to experience the Loft
