A nice hotel just in opposite Best Western hotel GRA. They offer free breakfast to customers.

Absolute worst hotel experience. No towels or tissues, so you constantly have to keep asking. The hotel has not been maintained at all, and is old and worn down. If you can, pick a newer hotel on the street. The food is horrid, and the breakfast selections are laughable. Mosquitoes and roaches are literally a thing here, so hold your bug spray. No windows/ventilation so the room smells like mildew constantly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Management needs to do better. Startfire is literally the same as well.

For a high-class hotel, I expected better.
Maintenance culture so bad, things there old.
What is so annoying is their complimentary breakfast that is not well planned, they did not put into consideration the number of guests.
Honestly can not recommend them to someone, I hope the improve!

The hotel manager ( Mr Cy ) is a rude , insolent and arrogant dude . I misplaced my room key and was rightly charged for it . I found it a couple of hours later and I was told i couldn’t refunded . Horrible customer service

I visited a few weeks ago and while it's a beautiful hotel, the staff need more training on hospitality.

Every resident is entitled to breakfast however this only applies to residents who have at least 24 hours. In my opinion, this doesn't make sense as the rooms are very pricey and in my presence the hotel lost a client who had arrived in the early hours of the morning and denied breakfast.

The rooms are however nice and cozy. Nothing too fancy but comfortable.

Great place, fancy and cozy, staff were nice and polite..breakfast was great and although I use a standard room, I couldn't but imagine how the premium and luxury rooms will look like.. in short.. i had a short but nice time. It was a good place to chill after long hours of flight
