I made a Multicity booking with Travelstart for a trip from Abuja to Istanbul, Istanbul to London and London to Abuja by Turkish Airline and honestly I have never been that disappointed. 3days after my paid booking I got a notice from the airline and Travelstart that my trip from London to Abuja has been rescheduled for a later day which wasn't okay by me. I contacted the Airline to do a date change and they told me is Travelstart that should contact them, all efforts to grant my desire change proved abortive. I traveled with their schedule date and it was delays upon delays. I remember sending Travelstart a message when I received a message from the Airline that my flight to London has been delayed for 9hours. They responded late and told me to proceed to the Airport that there was no notice of delay on their side. I got to the airport and boom, flight has been delayed. The worst part is my trip from London to Abuja, I got to the Airport on their rescheduled date only to be told my name wasn't on the flight; hat travelstart did not confirm my booking for that day, after much pIea, about 75minutes to the flight I was reconsidered and put on a flight later than my earlier time (about 9hours layover) and connecting flight I was told to apply for a visa.. Overall, customer service is zero, no compassion, they are not prompt in responding to messages because it's machine that will attend to you when you are in dire need. It's my first time with Travelstart and will never transact any business with them. Beware if you are booking from Nigeria because they won't be there to help you when you need them
