Top notch photography business. Friendly staff and photographers who are passionate about their jobs. Price is above average but you will get good value for your money. Multiple studios help to reduce wait time. Studio 24 is simply da best!

This is my 4th time visiting any Studio 24 outlet and I was grossly underwhelmed upon visit to this particular one. State-of-the-art infrastructure and devices but the staff were nothing to write home about.

I paid twice the amount for a service I was used to in their other studios and I had to wait over an hour before getting any attention after been tossed up and down to being abandoned in a studio. What's worse, a staff kept giving me attitude and talking back. Zero customer service.

This is my first negative review, but it had to be told anyway.

My previous experience was ok.
Not a fan of the lady who took my last picture there however! I asked to see my picture she picked for editing , mentioned I didn't like it and her response was ..so what do I do?
Lucky for her, it was on a day that I had no strength in me as I needed to get to the hospital from there.
Suffice to say that, she gave me the picture I didn't like and off I went home.

Guys ! Please improve on your customer service .

The customer service lady was genuinely nice and friendly. Great ambiance. Choose your time carefully, it could get busy in there. Photographer was great with the kids and professional at the same time. Smashing photos!

The parking is a nightmare. The guest toilet is a mess. There is no provision for handicapped persons, children and young people need proper monitoring

Everything was going well until there was a fourth power outage and their generator refused to come on, according to them. My family had to go over to the branch on Isaac John to take the pictures with our last attire and this was past 8pm.

I must mention that the photographer who attended to us was excellent in every sense.

My major grouse with them is that this happened exactly one week ago and, despite my having followed up on them 2 or 3 times, I am yet to get the water marked, electronic copies of the pictures that they promised to send to me to enable us select the shots we want and nobody is saying anything.
