I like the hotel's atmosphere, small hidden away and a quiet gem. However this is probably the last time I'm going to stay here. What made this hotel outstanding were the little things. The gate man was always there to make sure you were a guest every time you entered the establishment, no bellboys there to help with your every need except for the Front Office lady who was everywhere and will make sure the guest is satisfied. The cleaning staff are still excellent, however the towels and sheets are no longer white but a brownish color. You only have a water heater, jug and tea cup in the room without complimentaries, the breakfast is good but the hotel can do better by providing more options aside just bread and egg, it's so tiring having to repeat food every time I visit the hotel, no varieties of protein items which is not encouraging.
I remember calling to order for food twice and it's just a protein item that is available. The practice of having just a staff run all the errands while attending to other guests at the same time is also not good enough and please get the lady at the front desk some balm. She fell a couple of times so no I will not be returning to the hotel after my stay here. It's the little things that make for an experience.
