Good customer service.
One of the best walk in and get tested centers for COVID 19. Sample taken in few minutes.
Limited parking space (except for VIPs: you know what I mean?) Main car park is outside the premises.

So I have always been skeptical about Medicare in Nigeria and my experience at this centre further proofs to me that truly as a Nigerian never be in a situation where your life depends on any medical personnel or centre for survival.

The waiting time was ridiculous. I was referred there from another facility even though I don’t like the place because of a previous experience I had I still went. I waited for over 3 hours to do a test and the personnel said she won’t be able to do the test again because she closes at 5pm

The customer relation is the worse I have experienced in recent time. The radiologist was practically very rude with her approach. It was quite embarrassing knowing that this was a paid service and not free.

I would not recommend this facility to anyone in emergency or need a decent place to seek medical care. One factor I noticed too is maybe because of the proximity to the general hospital, they forget they are a private entity and equally treat their customers like a public service.

Service is okay. Almost all medical tests can be carried out in the facility. However, for some tests you will need to book ahead or else you'll make multiple trips to get it done. Clean and largely organized. However, results could be delayed at times without prior notice.

A hospital and a medical laboratory. It has an ambience of good medical help. It's very clean and hygienic. The Receptionist at the front desk gave alot of information needed with all professionality. It's actually about PCR test I went there for and it's the place to go for that. It all depends on the nearest one to you anyway. The result is in 24hrs.

The hospital is a good one ,you can do almost all the tests there but have your money in your pocket or account. One thing that struck and irritated me was when I went to do my hsg at the radiology department, I was ment to be administered an injection which was not effective ( the most useless pain relief injection I have every received in my life) because they had someone inside the lady that is meant to carry out the test instructed the nurse to give me the injection in a public toilet! That was just gross! It's my fault I should objected! I was so uncomfortable till today as I write I still fill the injection pain ,I don't think is was administered well! The HSG was excruciating maybe they are saving their analgesic! I suggest for painful tests just go to a good federal hospital. Apart from this everything was okay.

Very bad relationship with patient and relative,brought in a friend's mum since yesterday and she hasn't been attended to till this moment, even the ambulance that took her for scan delayed 2 hours before taking her back to the hospital.. the female doctor on duty yesterday was harsh and the way she responded was really bad... afriglobal needs to do better or employ better staffs. The matron wanted to collect her own percentage by including the same test twice PBC and PVC are they not the same blood test..bad team on duty yesterday.. we are supposed to wait on the radiologist for 24 hours before commencing treatment after paying a deposit of 70k and collected hospital card of 2k for 5k..Nigeria will be better if all this nonsense stops

If you're looking for a well equipped diagnostic centre around Ikeja, then this will be your best bet.

They have wheel chair accessible parking as well as an entrance.

Staff are polite and courteous. The wait times can be an issue at times though they do give priority to children and the elderly above 75years I believe.

They accept cash, Debit and credit card modes of payment.

They render good quality laboratory as well as diagnostic imaging services like ultrasounds, digital X-rays and CT scan imaging techniques.

All in all, I highly recommend their services as a Medical Professional.
