No soap in Bathroom, Water not flowing in the bathroom. I had to beg for a bucket of water to bath. Bought food and paid the previous day and was been asked at my checking out. Its good to pray in the morning before work, It's improper to clap and wake up lodgers. The manager and staff need reorientation for effective service.

This hotel deserve 0.5 star, I had to request for everything towel, tissue, no hot water they brought hot water in a bucket. Someone literally cooked indomie, eggs and plantain my whole room was filled with the smell. So annoying that I didn't get to read the review very poor service

Horrible
No Hot water, shower wasn’t working properly, room ceiling is dirty, mosquitoes in the room, toilet wasn’t flushing well.
The hotel needs urgent and proper refurbishment.

The only reasons I’m giving one star is because of friendly staff and security (because it’s within an estate that has good security)

Poor services. For three days, my room was not cleaned despite several requests made to the staff for same. Effort to see the Manager proved abortive as he/she was elusive. No replacement of amenities like soap and tissue paper in the room for two days. The plates I was served food was left in the room for three days. Staff generally display non chalant attitude to work. A regrettable experience indeed.

I didn't had a good sleep due to the bad mattress. In the bathroom, there were no toothpaste, toothbrush, towel, cream, footmat except tissue and soap. No AC remote and the room didn't worth what I was charged. I only enjoyed the heater. Lastly, l'd suggest for fumigation against mosquitoes.

What I didn't like the most was the receptionist. She never smiled. She never appeared to be pleased to help us or anyone else for that matter. For all purposes, she's the face of this brand. And we did not feel welcomed or at home. I could deal with the shortcomings of the room. But the total and complete lack of professionalism....unacceptable.

The environment is quiet but the customer service was poor the intercom isn’t even connecting I have to go to the reception anytime I need anything also, they delayed me looking for room more than 30mins bad customer service. I will recommend their meal it is nice but the rest is poor. Lest I forget mosquitos ???? almost killed me ????????????
