Ok, but could be better.
Spoke to a very friendly staff who was not very knowledgeable about the company's products and their environs. I also suggested to the staff to answer the phone professionally by identifying the company's name as this will reassure potential customers that they are in the right place other than answering the calls causally.
This staff was very friendly and helped with my queries to the best of their ability. I believe more orientation will be helpfully.
