They have this event Hall at the front and I was there for a parry. Lovely place not too big. But big enough.
Parking is good and secure
Hall Air Conditioner is very okay... no reason for handfan or handkerchiefs.

A good place to lodge and have a deserving rest in the heart of Ikeja. Quite affordable. All facilities are in top notch. The hotel is well maintained despite the fact that the proprietor is dead. I was indeed impressed with the cleaningness of the rooms, tubs and WC. It was a spendid stay.

The hotel's service isn't great tbh, for the price, they definitely can do better. It however is strategically located and is in close proximity to shopping centres and places for fun.

I attended an event at the hall.
The hall is great for a crowd of 250 and below.
Attention should be paid to the rest room when there are events

Very nice and big hall. Guess it can sit 500 comfortably. The sits are also comfy as well. Has a moderate changing room for couples if it's a wedding occasion. The parking lot is also sizeable.

This place gets a 3-star only because of the really tasty catfish peppersoup, the functional AC and the water pressure to the room.

The ambience of this place is zero. From 7am, the kitchen staff had already begun to wake me with clanging plates and arguments. They had zero regard for guests apparently. The sound of slamming net door was also very annoying. I couldn't get a shut eye from 7am. Couldn't imagine staying here for another night, just because of the kitchen staff.

I would suggest the management finds a way to sound-proof, considering the fact that their rooms are close to the kitchen (I stayed in 106)

Easy to locate from the two cities, either you are in Lagos or Ogun state. The conveniences is super clean. The hall AC is OK.
