It's a good post office to use. I was there today and it's always busy. The customer service is quite good and the service helpful. I prefer going here to going to CMS post office. The charges are good enough. I didn't notice any accessibility features,nevertheless the system works

Helpful agents but I went back and forth 4 times before I was directed to go somewhere else.
It is just an exhausting experience.

Someone sent me a parcel from Ikeja NIPOST office to Qatar since 25th of March 2022 and I haven't received it till today being 9th of June 2022 but they gave maximum of 3weeks to deliver the parcel. Have tried contacting them severally but no one cares to respond.

Never in life will I ever come close to NIPOST. This is my first and last time. Hello public, its better you pay DHL or fedex any amount and get your parcel within days than going through nipost. They are non professional and not serious with their job.

Too rowdy, no parking space because the parking space is occupied by traders selling wares put of their vehicles sitted in the parking lot from morning till night.
Be wary of touts, always go to the post office staff for your transactions.

It wasn't a bad experience. They are well organised. Parking was a breeze. They have a big parking lot inside the premises. I dont quite understand how they classify or charge for items based on weight but it is usually a small sum and you get your parcel..
Speedaf is however giving them a run for it. They are more efficient, deliver your packages and don't charge a kobo.

There is improvement in the service now, ICT unit helps to track quickly for easy pick up.

Nipost has improved and I must commend their effort. They have Friendly and helpful staff They deliver packages and also keep your packages safe and to send packages abroad it’s also affordable. The only thing I wish they had was a better tracking update process many can have heart attack when they see delivery failed message but no Nipost person came.
