The lady that attended to me today at the Opebi branch (in her red and black tartan outfit) was anything but helpful. The way she instructed me to fill the booklet without offering help as I wasn’t clear on how to, left a bad taste in my mouth. The rudest person I have experienced in my 3 visits to this shop. The only other attendant there who was warm and decent was trying to offer help to her while I was there and she snapped, before knowing what the help was, and that made it clear that she was just not customer friendly. I let her know and she didn’t own up or apologize. Terrible!
