Very serene and welcoming environment. I can bet they know what they are doing. Friendly staff. Very fast service but I can imagine how slow it may be on days when there are people in queue cos I wouldn't know how fast they can get things moving in such. I recommend.

Each time I come to hospital, the time you waste waiting may have killed someone if it were an emergency case. Now I have been waiting to see doctor after a scan almost 45mins of my time. To make matters worse doctor is no where around the hospital. Plus I need to get back to work. We do not respect each other’s time in this country and it is really sad.

It is a reputable hospital, good service, however it is somewhat on the high side as far as charges are concerned.

I enjoyed the service provided the first time I was at St. Ives Specialist Hospital.

The resptionist was welcoming and other staff I met with did a great job.

The Hospital provides service on Maternity also provides services for Women, Children and Family.

They have a very clean environment and they ensure that the COVID-19 protocols are observed.

They have a wheelchair accessibility and their consultancy services makes you comfortable in taking care of your health.

(This review is based on what I saw and observed during my first visit to the hospital last week and I'm sure they'll keep getting better).

They get one star for the welcome you get on entering the hospital. The front desk officers are great.
I have not had a good experience elsewhere in this hospital. This was my primary care facility but after a particularly bad visit, I backed off. The doctors I have met have the worst bedside manner ever. One actually more or less called me a liar outrightly because I requested for a test the HMO was ready to pay for but she felt i was being dishonest.
Getting drugs from their pharmacy? Forget it. Either not available or you get a no name brand you would not want to take( strictly my own experience)...oh and the last couple of times I was there their Blood Pressure machine was faulty and gave inaccurate readings. If I didnt have a fair idea of my actual readings I would have panicked. This happened with a colleague as well in this location.
It is quite a shame really. You get charged premium for sub par services.

For the money they charge, their service is too impersonal. Few of the staff members are warm, others are just their to work and get paid. I feel more warmth from tax office staff than from this hospital staffs. Then on waiting, be ready to spend some hours before seeing the doctor. No doubt, they are good at what they do but I expect more from them. If you want a personalized service, I won't recommend St Ive's
