Ellis suites is a very nice hotel actually. The rooms were so clean and neat. Not like they should get points for that because that is suppose to be a norm but if you’ve been in hotels as much as I have, you will know why a hotel room being neat and clean is a plus in this country. And what really got me is their hospitality; their warm hospitality. Their staff were so warm and respectful and so nice. It was very very nice. I love their hospitality in particular. It’s a nice hotel to stay in.

I thought they it was written on the site that free breakfasts I have been there for 2 days nothing of such I had to pay for this ….Please don’t mislead customers with your advert ,I don’t know you might’ve been doing it before ,But the moment you stopped you go on your advert remove it …..I had aged person in the rooms also until I come back before they could have breakfast ….intercoms nothing working in the room they were …The towels need to be changed ,Do thourough cleaning every beginning of each work.The fridge ,the curtains etc .Also trying to reach you from outside is not accessible via phone number ,I have tried several times calling the number on this advert but not accessible. Every other stuff is good

My sister couldn’t even stay cause after paying for a room ahead (make reservations) they ended up not keeping the room, refunded with plenty apologies. if there wasn’t any other option around, my sister would have been stranded! Do not recommend.

I do think this is a nice hotel however considering the price, one would probably expect a little attention to some details. During my stay, I enjoyed the warm environment, employees were nice, welcoming and willing to assist in ways they could. The downside to this hotel is that some of the rooms just needs a few changes and in-depth cleaning. Curtain needs to be changed and washed, cleaning shouldn’t be just limited to mopping and changing of bed linens but must include dusting of the room at least after every customers stay. I didn’t necessarily encounter any issue other than the water leakage from the restroom. I will suggest a few wall decor and good lighting in the rooms, it helps improve the room. Other than that, my stay was wonderful here, will recommend as well

Not the best of places to stay. For the neighborhood, its okay. But if you looking for value for your money, this is surely not the place.
1. The rooms are too pricey in comparison to other (better) hotels around.
2.The rooms are all poorly lit.
3. All the bathrooms need renovations as there is a foul smell that would fill the room if you leave the door open.
4. The sheets aren't clean. I had to complain severally in all may stays. u200bAnd you get only one towel even if you are 2 adults!
5. The meals are below standard and over priced: eating 3 meals (one person) would almost equal the amount you paid for the room. Cheapest meal is 3k
6. The staff are poorly trained and hardly helpful.

I have had these experiences over the cause of up to 5 stays at the hotel, and it is surely a never-again for me.

Beautiful place and helpful service but I experienced some delays due to renovation carried out in the room

Tight parking within the facility. If you probably didn't call or book ahead , you may not get a room and it definitely doesn't look like a 90 bed facility as advertised. Furthermore, they need to inform hotels.ng that the rates pasted about them on their platform is false as what you get when you come for a room is way different. I recommended it to some people and had to chew my words later.
