Staff Attitude and Level of care is Zero.

In a private hospital, the minimum expected is that your health concerns be positively responded to, not met with indifference.

I have been on admission for the past 2 days while my overall treatment schedule spans 9 days now. The doctors have a poor handover system, and the nurses are the worst I have encountered in my life. The nurses shouldn’t even be hired anywhere else. They have a totally lackadaisical attitude to work and don’t listen, nor care about you, the patient. If you like, die, that’s the attitude they project. Candid advise: DO NOT VISIT DURO SOLEYE HOSPITALS.

The customer service is poor. They delay for no just cause , I waited about 45 mins , before I was attended too, spent about 2 hours before I saw the doctor and another 1hr 30 mins before I had my test done.

Claimed to have sent an important mail while I was in clinic to my HMO 3days ago.. HMO didn't receive, I followed up with clinic, they claimed they had sent it...alas they never did and are just going to send it now (if they don't forget). Treatment delayed may be critical

It should have been a very good hospitality, but for the lackadaisical attitudes of the staff. Came for a routine injection stated for 7.45am, but met no Nurse on ground to give it and all the front desk officer could tell me is to wait for the next nurse on shift to come. I believe the essence of having a shift in the hospital is so we can always meet someone on ground at every point.

Customer care is nice when face to face but extremely distasteful on the phone. Why put up your number as a contact number on sterling hmo website if you’re only going to be rude, obnoxious and most of all unhelpful? A simple inquisition to ascertain when a specialist would be available has left me feeling like it’s better to die from the ailment instead.
