The customer service was extremely poor. The room was dirty, with the curtains old, dusty, stained and smelling. The room maintenance was at all time low. For the very first time since I've been using hotels, I saw cockroach in a room.

Pretty decent place. Rooms are clean, the food is good and not too pricey and the drinks are ice cold always.

The service is not super-professional, the TVs are old and do not support playing movies from a flash drive, so forget about bringing your own movies.

In all though, a comfortable and quiet hotel off the beaten path.

No remote to control the AC, they forgot to give soap and tissue. The Manager was rude and non chalant when I asked for a remote. But thank God for one of the staff,a fair complexion man that took charge.
I will not return here.

Excellent customer service. I enjoyed a first class treatment with just 10,000 (smile). Their rooms are clean, constant electricity and a good complimentary breakfast. Th3 compound is not spacious though and I didn't visit their bar. Overall, it is a coded place that exemplifies excellent! You can't regret it!

Nice place, but they should improve on their customers services. Another big issues is the mosquitoes flying all over the room, at least fumigation should be conducted to eradicate mosquito.
