I visited here to get my conch earrings replaced. It was difficult to locate initially so I called the number on Google and I was directed.

The staff were nice, super friendly and helpful. I was not dramatic or anything but they certainly observed I wasn't satisfied with the options is jewelry provided. So they brought me more options. When I saw the right one, I just knew. I had it changed (for a small fee).

I also enquired about tattoos u0026 other piercings: small tattoo is 8k and tragus piercing is 5k.

I will definitely revisit. I love this place.

The location is very tricky cuz it’s immediately you turn right on that Allen avenue so you gotta be careful but thankfully there’re other places nearby to park.

On entering, you meet a receptionist who welcomes you, asks what you want to do, you make payment and you’re told to fill out a form after which you’re led into an inner room to get pierced.

Didn’t ask for the piercer’s name however I’m glad I met him, he was relaxed and made me super relaxed. He also gained my trust and didn’t pierce me till I told him to.

He Wore latex gloves, the needle was open in my front before the procedure, the jewellery too was open in my front. Used lots of saline solution and the area was cleaned prior as well.

Also you’re told the dos and don’ts of whatever area you’re getting pierced and he sure took his time to explain it.

I did the navel - 8k and helix - 5k, saline solution - 1k. These come with the jewellery though. Then if you want to buy say another, I think the least is 4K.

I think the flip side will be that the place is pretty hot, both the inner room and the reception; the fan didn’t really circulate and we were really sweating. AC maybe esp for the inner room cuz I was already tensed and sweaty from being apprehensive of the pain.

Overall good experience nonetheless. Thank you.
