First of all, the location is quite hidden. Came into lagos quite late in the night, hence had to lodge somewhere closer to the airport. Thanks to Google maps before one could locate it.

Secondly, rooms are like rat holes, with offensive odour. I used nose mask all night. Toilet seat broken, wash hand basin leaking, etc.

Worst of all is that for all these, the cost per night is crazily high, claiming they're still the cheapest around the area.

Terrible rooms, terrible service.
Mostly rely on cabmen to bring new, unsuspecting customers to their place.
No customer will return here after the terrible service

I recommended this hotel to a friend and he had the worst experience.

The building looks good outside but the amenities are in a deplorable state.

First of all, the room paid for a day earlier wasn’t ready even at 5pm.

The standard room is small. The bedsheets and pillow cases were all dirty.

The heater doesn’t work. No TV station was also working. It rained that day and Water was dripping on the staircase used by guests.

If this wasn’t good enough, water stopped running at 5am and water had to be supplied to guests with buckets without handle.

My advise to anyone wishing to lodge here is to inspect the rooms physically before making payment.

A complete waste of money and time. Bed and rooms irritates the guts in me. Several stains on wall and bed practically broken. Just managed it since I had no choice after arriving late on Friday night and after 5 different checks and attempts at other hotel. Well, for the money value, over priced. Though exterior looks relatively ok, limited parking space and narrow reception lobby and staffs seaming shabby and sloppy at services rendered

It was really late at night so I stayed at this hotel at the recommendation of a taxi driver. The sheets were old and dirty. Even after complaining, there wasn't any clean sheet to replace it. The flusher was broken and there was no hot water. Very poor service.
