Well for the room I booked initially, it was no longer available; and their policy online booking time was understandable.

We were referd by one of their partner hotels though.

The standard room is presentable, though it wasn't sprayed with insecticide before checking. There were mosquitoes.

Also the bathroom isn't great, but manageable. Aside that, it's ok.

Staff were courteous and professional. Rooms were okay.

It was a nice place. Thought there's no signpost indicating that particular environment. The customer service is top notch from, from reception to kitchen, laundry, home services, all staff displayed high level of professionalism coupled with virtue.

The pool is very lovely and clear. That is what stood out to me the most. Rooms are also clean and the hotel is very decently priced. I didn't lodge here, just went to visit a friend but I will definitely be coming back to spend a night or two

This hotel is quite and keeps you calm... irrespective of what the day tosses at you.
The pool area is calm.
The bar is calm
The rooms are calm
The interior architecture is calm
The drive-in is also calm.

Trying booking ahead and inform the hotel about your arrival time so the room can be aired (putting the AC on ahead).. It was a bit stuffed but had an airfreshner requested.

In all, it's a calm cottage ????

Located in a very serene area and highly secure place. Internet was averagely better than most other hotels. Front staff was very nice.

At 7am on the only day of my stay the generator went off and I was told they were refuelling. Two hours later I complained and I was told they were about to switch it on as they went to buy and just finished refuelling. 4hrs later I was told the generator was bad and needed repairs. There was a back up. It was not switched on. I checked myself out and never will return.

What we saw online was not what we got. we ordered for a deluxe double room however they gave a deluxe(one single room)too bad... Breakfast self nah by force ???????? Your customer relation was so poor???? It is well..
