These people are extortionists. Twice I've used them to send something to me from the north. And after paying waybill money, they still insist on me paying 700 naira when I want to pick up the goods. When I asked them what the money was for they couldn't give a reasonable reply but witheld my goods and were generally rude until I was forced to pay.

If u know you don't want to die of HBP from the loss of your goods. Please don't ever near this company especially there port Harcourt office. The staff are very arrogant and rude. Lazy and lack good customer service. I have used many company for waybill but this is the worst. If I can give them -0 start I would have given them please save yourself and don't do any waybill busy with this company because this Young shall never grow. They will remain young for ever.

The park is made for booking, onboarding and transporting goods and services from Jos to Lagos, Jos to Bauchi and other further part of North and East part of Nigeria.
Booking is not flexible as who can not book or buy Transport tickets online using Young Shall Grow Motors. They were not on time when I booked for Lagos from Jos, I was told 3 PM but never left until 7 PM.
Their buses are prone to mechanical or wheel fault without any rescue backup for the passengers, passengers are left stranded as long as the bus are grounded - the bus I board spoilt 40 minutes away from the park and the customer care did not respond to customer's call in order to request that they send another bus to pick us for the journey. We slept in the bus through out the night while the bus could not be fix until the following morning around 11 AM.
Customer service is total bad, seat numbers are often swap without customers consent, customer care told me not to call their line again and many other issues that showed that boarding or patronizing YSG motors is at customer risk.
There is so many things to improve about the transport company.

This is a very bad company to travel with! There motors are not good, they breakdown along roads, in bushes sometimes, for God's sake in Nigeria where there are issues of kidnapping! These people are very callous! They ain't human!
